Global Day of Action for Climate Justice

On 15 November, our movement took to the streets across five continents for the Global Day of Action. In more than 100 cities across 27 countries, we stood together as one movement against the forces of repression, extraction and exploitation. We coordinated actions organised by local groups as they mobilised thousands of people across Britain during COP30.

Act for Climate and Migrant Justice at COP30

We published an open letter signed by more than 100 organisations from across the climate and migrant justice movements to the UK’s representatives at COP30. We joined forces to call for Prime Minister Keir Starmer and Energy Secretary Ed Miliband to defend human rights, racial justice and just immigration policies at the climate summit.

Make Them Pay!

We brought together over 100 organisations, representing millions of workers, citizens and communities across Britain, to march through central London on 20 September. We joined forces to demand that those responsible for soaring poverty, crumbling public services and the climate crisis are made to pay up.

Pay up! Cancel the debt! Change the system!

On the first Global Day of Action in June, we highlighted how the odds are stacked – with debt used as a tool for extraction and exploitation. In the heart of London, the centre of the unjust global financial system, we held an action to call for rich global north countries to pay up and cancel the debt.

What next?

The fight for climate justice goes on. We’re working to bring together groups, organisations and activists from across our movements – reaching beyond the climate movement alone – to take action and build power for a better future. Join our mailing list to get involved in our activities and chip in to help us organise powerful actions as we look ahead!
