The Climate Fresk is an educational tool based on the conclusions of the IPCC report. In only 3 hours, 6 to 8 people work together as a team to unravel the complexities of our climate system and understand the causes and consequences of its disruption.

A public workshop for anyone interested in the work of frontline environmental defenders, organised by campaign group Not1More, who support environmental defenders at risk of persecution. Participants will discuss the relationship between direct action and political agreements and disseminate their findings through hand-printed flyers.
In this workshop, participants will use creative and embodied techniques (e.g. Theatre of the Oppressed, creative writing) to explore narratives they hold about climate-just futures. The group will explore commonalities and differences between visions, and delve into how to make them come alive honoring multiplicity and shared purpose.
This session will start from current struggles by local communities, Indigenous and others, against extractive industries in Latin America and develop the arguments around what kind of alternative is possible and needed.
